I love working with children and experiencing their sense of humor and excitement for life. Showing a child that a visit to the dentist can be fun and enjoyable, especially if they are fearful to begin with, is such a great accomplishment. I view myself as a part of a team that includes our staff, our patients, and their parents, all working together to achieve healthy smiles for life.
I am originally from Los Angeles, CA, and now live in Silver Spring with my wife, our daughter, and our three sons. When I’m not in the office, I love spending time with my family, cooking, and soccer.
I feel fortunate in my career to be able to encourage and enable kids and their families to maintain a healthy mouth, and to be a partner in their comprehensive care. I love creating connections with my patients, especially children, whose pure curiosity teaches me something new every day. I am particularly motivated to create a positive and comfortable office visit for children. I believe in educating patients and families about the importance of prevention and establishing healthy habits from a young age.
I am a native Marylander and currently live in Silver Spring with my husband and our three children. We are fortunate to have a lot of family nearby and enjoy spending time with them. I love our family time, and in my few moments of free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, and exercising.
